We all start somewhere, whether you supplement one meal a day with a delicious green juice and work your way up to a multi day cleanse or you dive right into an all juice cleanse. Your body will be working hard to eliminate toxins and restore it’s entire system. During your cleanse you will feel clean, have increased energy and experience mental clarity. While on longer cleanses you may experience headaches, cravings and changes in bathroom habits. These are common withdrawal symptoms from sugar, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods. Be sure to take note of any experiences and reactions you may have while on your cleanse. If you experience any extreme reactions you should end your cleanse immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

We’ve put together a few words to help you along


  • Decrease or eliminate caffeine, sugar, alcohol and processed foods. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables.

  • Decrease your intake of meat or choose very lean organic sources of white meat and fish.

  • Plan ahead. Any breakfast, lunch or dinner plans may set you back, be sure you schedule your cleanse at a time that sets you up for success.

  • Tell your friends and family your cleansing. You can even cleanse with a friend for support!


  • When you wake, have a cup of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon juice.

  • Drink your first juice an hour after your warm lemon water and then in their numerical order every two-three hours there after.

  • Take note of how your body reacts to your juice cleanse. Keep track of your mental and physical experiences while juicing, whether positive or negative.

  • Stay stress free. Take a yoga class, a light walk, guided meditation, make an appointment for a light message and/or our favorite - a sauna session.

  • This next one is really important: Be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday you cleanse, this will keep you hydrated and help flush you system clean.


  • Slowly ease back into your normal eating habits.

  • Try your best to continue to avoid sugar, caffeine, alcohol and processed foods for the first few days.

  • Keep it clean, eat lightly cooked, vegetables, nuts, fruits and broth soups.

  • It’s a good idea to continue keeping track of how your body reacts transitioning back to your normal eating habits.

Step by step guide to our Body Bath Juice Cleanses

Quick Dip:

1. A warm cup of lemon water upon waking.
2. Have your first juice, Simply Green.
3. Two hours later have a clean snack (banana,apple,sliced cukes, etc.)
4. Then for lunch have a large salad, mostly greens and raw veggies, stay clean of salad dressings, instead use fresh lemon juice.
6. Two hours later have your second juice,
Beauty and the Beet.
7. Two hours later have your third juice, Soulshine.
8. For dinner have a smoothie or a protein shake. Make sure you are using a plant based protein. If you don’t have excess to a blender, have another clean salad, similar to your lunch.

Rainbow Rinse:

How often can I cleanse?
As many times as you’d like. It’s always good for your body to flush as many toxins as possible and replenish with a high amount of colorful vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

What will my cleanse include?
The Rainbow Rinse and The Deep Clean will include 6 bottled drinks per day. For example, a 5-day cleanse will include 30 bottled drinks. The Quick Dip will include 3 bottled drinks per day.

How many days should I cleanse?

Which cleanse should I start with?
Each Body Bath has isn’t own holistic benefits. Everyone is different, so you should do what your body craves. The Quick Dip is perfect for first time cleansers, or someone that is very active during the day. The Rainbow Rinse is great for someone that is already maintaining a healthy diet. Lastly, the Deep Clean is perfect for the advanced juicer, it’s filled with the deepest greens both alkalizing and detoxifying.

Can I drink coffee?
Don’t hate us, but no. Try a nice cleansing tea instead.

Can I eat while cleansing?
The Rainbow Rinse and Deep Clean will have the most benefits to the body without the consumption of food. Stay strong, you will have the urge to chew, it’s all mental. With that said, DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF - if you must, keep it clean, have some fresh sliced tomato, cucumber, avocado or a handful of almonds.
